Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if we can make it right, we will. Any items purchased on BravoBelt.com may be exchanged or returned for a prompt refund within 30-days of the delivery date.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Exchanges - We provide a pre-paid shipping label free of charge.
- Returns - You can ship your item(s) back with a carrier of your choice or we can provide a pre-paid return label. The pre-paid return label cost varies per weight and the amount will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend you spend a few consecutive days with your new holster before making a final decision if it's comfortable or not. Please avail yourself of the instruction videos to make adjustments and achieve maximum comfort.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less shipping). Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Wrong, Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders?
If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Once we receive the photos, we’ll pick up the wrong/damaged product. Once the affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. Please reach out to our team right away by emailing us email@example.com and we’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible!
We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn, used, or washed.
No return or replacement or cancellation will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format or any form of a PO Box address under COD orders.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our authorized shipper.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to BravoBelt upon delivery will be rejected.
