Any items purchased on BravoBelt.com may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Hassle Free 😇! Please note that due to how quickly our inventory moves we are unable to offer exchanges.
For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase:Items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you would like to start your return, please click here.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less shipping). Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Wrong, Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders?
If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Once we receive the photos, we’ll pick up the wrong/damaged product. Once the affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. Please reach out to our team right away by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible!
We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn, used, or washed.
No return or replacement or cancellation will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format or any form of a PO Box address under COD orders.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our authorized shipper.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to BravoBelt upon delivery will be rejected.
